Product Overview

Beijing Huade Hydraulic was establish in 1979, it has now developed into a large state-owned enterprise group specializing in the design, manufacturing, and service of hydraulic valves and equipment. Huade® directional spool valve type 4WE 10 D is an affordable alternative to the same model offered by Rexroth. The solenoid directional valve series has passed CE and UL certifications. The valves will be packed in standard cartons with anti-counterfeiting labels. The factory has passed the system certifications of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management. Huade® hydraulic directional valves are widely used in marine steering gear hydraulic system, slewing crane system and adjustable pitch propeller hydraulic system, Huade owns a huge customer group in the marine industry.

Industrial Applications

  • WE 10 D is solenoid operated directional spool valve. It controls the start, stop and direction of a fluid.
  • Directional valves basically comprise the housing (1), one or two solenoids(2),control spool (3), and one or two return springs (4). At rest, control spool (3) is held in its central or initial position by means of return springs (4)(except in the case of impulse spools). Control spool (3) is operated by wet pin solenoids (2). The force of solenoid (2) acts on control spool (3) and moves it from its rest position to the desired end position. This permits free flow from P to A and B to T or P to B and A to T.
  • On de-energizing solenoid (2) control spool (3) is returned to its initial position by return spring (4).
  • Optional hand over-ride (5) pemits control spool (3) to be moved without the solenoids being energized.

  • The fluid must be filtered. Minimum filter fineness is 20 ㎛.
  • The tank must be sealing up and an air filter must be installed on air entrance
  • Products without subplate when leaving factory, if need them, please ordering specially.
  • Valve fixing screws must be selected and used according to the parameter listed in the sample book
  • Roughness of surface linked with the valve is required to 0.8.
  • Surface finish of mating piece is required to 0.01/100mm.
